In our office, we use Counterpath Xlite softphone connected to our SIP provider for telephony. on an html file if I create a hyperlink like this : dial where XXXXXXXXXX is the phone number I want to dial and click on this link it will bring X-Lite and make it dial the XXXXXXXXXX number. So it would be convenient that all phone numbers displayed in OpenERP (contacts, partners, customers) have an Hyperlink like this to have a click to dial feature. Do you have any suggestion for adding this feature ?
