Hi all,

We just install odoo, for now we don't have any connectors;

We would like to use odoo for the invoice, the quotation and the stock management

Is there a way to use the stock whitout any relation with the invoice and orders ?

So when we got an order, we give to the man in charge of the stock and he scan the barcodes,

he juste have to validate, it make an out of the stock.

And the same when we receipt goods.

Is it possible with odoo out opf the box ?

We look with the routes, but it always wants a picking list

An idea we have is to transform pos module for the out of the stok.

HAve you got some ideas ?

Hi Dpod, W.r.t your query, I have gone through it and tried to replicate it. As per my understanding you want to integrate Odoo POS with Odoo Stock.Kindly confirm my understanding as I feel I have a solution you. Regards Nilim

Hi thanks for your anwser,

Actually, what we want to do is to create a simple module to update the stock( with no relation with invoice/order or receipts)

The idea is, Our man in charge of the stock have a barcode scanner, he scans the products and the module make a list, withe the products, EAN and quantity (one scan is one product to decresae

When he finish, he just validate, and it decrease the stock. (stock mouvement)

In a perfect world, in this module, the man on charge of the stock, can modify his list (update the quantity), update and keep an historic of the last scans and stock mouvement from this module.

If the module can automaticly validate the list 2 or 3 times / a day it would be perfect like validate the list and decrease stock a 12pm and a second time at 6 pm (the end of the day)

For the receipt of product we can manage it in the standard odoo process.

We try to us the pos module to do that but it needs an invoice, and theres is too much informations,

the simpliest this module will be the best it will be
