I am using Odoo SaaS (enterprise v12). I am trying to set up all e-mail templates to be as simple as possible. I want to use plain text without any html tags.

I managed to set the majority of e-mail templates in "Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Templates" but I am having trouble with "Sales Order: Send by email" template. When I use that templates in Sales app, Odoo always adds header with a button to sales order and a logo.

There is no "sales order notification email" template in V12 under "Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Templates".

How can I remove all headers and footers from all e-mails sent from Odoo apps.

Hello,

There is another email template that adds the header and footer, it is called 'sales order notification email' in V11. It is applied to the model 'Message'. There is a similar one for the invoice. I hope this answer is also valid for  V12.

I can't find this additional sales order e-mail template in odoo 12 which adds header and footer. There is an OCA module Mail Debrand which sounds like it should remove it: https://odoo-community.org/shop/product/mail-debrand-1532
