I installed Odoo 15 in my laptop (OS: Windows) and can access it through localhost:8069. I was also able to access the same using a different device (a tablet) by typing the localhost:8069, with both devices connected to the same wifi internet.

Now, I tried to connect both devices to a router without an internet, but while my laptop can still access Odoo, the other device cannot.

Should my router be connected to the internet in order for another device to access Odoo that is locally host in my laptop?
