I get the following when a new user tries to set the initial password on the reset form:

"Wrong login/password"

Esto es porque probablemente nunca le asignaste una contraseña al usuario. Para hacerlo ve a la ficha del usuario, haz click en "más" y "asignar contraseña"

Send password to newly created user using any of method either Change password from more menu on that user or send an email to reset the password from "Send Reset Password Instructions" on user. It might possible that the email you send to reset the password if password is not reset in 48 hours it will not allow to reset the password.
