Hello.


I'm trying to set up two different sales teams in CRM each with a different sender email, which I would like to be sent from two different custom domains (not from odoo database name).


I'm having trouble setting up the custom servers. Not the config in odoo itself but on the domain DNS side, setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.


Reading the odoo documentation there are some things that are not clear to me.


Do you need to set up all three SPF, DKIM and DMARC records?


The SPF instructions seem ok.


For the DKIM, I assume below that canoninal name is the name is the target. My hoster recommends a TXT record not a cname.


But the dmarc section is unintelligible. It's totally unclear as to what policies I need to setup.


And does one need to set up all three SPF, DKIM and DMARC for a custom server to work?


And if I do all of this, will the recipients of my emails from CRM see my domain as the sender?
