Can anyone please help with the following problem?

I have an internal problem I am trying to set server and several clients app for odoo v8 but I receive different error codes such as 10065,10061,10060

I have tried to fix it manually by checking the meaning of the following error code but still it didn’t work.

I have read the manual attached with postgresql server to set server-client which asks to modify postgresql.conf by adding the ip address to listen on and the port to connect through, also pg_hba.conf where I have added “host command” and pg_ident.conf where I have mapped system username to database user name.

I also have a problem reading the python scripts found in server module although I have downloaded python libraries and run a simple project to make sure it is working properly.
