Setting up the Project module, and I think I've got all the kinks worked out, except now for our customers to view the project status online, they have to be a follower.


Is there a way to make the customer a follower on a new project created from an SO by default?

yes you can!

First Activate the developer mode

Select a project and "Edit"

Select "Visible by following customers"

Open "developer tools" and select: Set defaults

Select: Privacy=Visible by following customers

Define only for you or for all users and save default

All new projects will be Visible by following customers
