I’m trying to set up customer rating emails that are automatically sent when a task reaches a certain stage—just like in the learning video (at 0:25). However, whether I try this on demo.odoo.com or in a test database, I don’t see any option to enable it.

The only available options in the settings are “Timesheets” and “Project Stages.”
