Hi,

I am  working on Odoo Enterprise 11. My question is how can I move balances (12/31/2017) from old system to Odoo without affecting other accounts?

For example, if I move Account receivable balance with Journal entry, and choose appropriate partner name:

Debit: Account Receivable $100

Credit: ???  $100 (I need to credit to an account here, and as recommendation from accountant, it will affect balance sheet

Another solution I tried is go to Chart of Account and put Opening balance (Debit or Credit) for all accounts. Odoo then automatically put the other side to Undistributed Profits/losses which will also affect balance sheet value.

Can you please help if any solution else like we put $ in 1 side (Debit or Credit to Account receivable, or bank, ....) but no need to put to another side (Debit/credit)?
