Service and maintenance

I am looking for the right app within Odoo for Service and Maintenance.

The context:

Objects with serial number registration at a specific customer location

preventive maintenance on site

Fault registration on objects (with customers)

Repair onsite on the objects

Direct hours (labor) and material registration

Service contracts

plan technicians for maintenance, installations and reperations on-site at the cusomter for an object, register material and (labor) time on work orders.

Hi Elise,

Some parts of the requirements that you have are within Odoo but they're mainly across multiple apps and aren't always linked to eachother.
You could use the maintenance module for managing and planning repairs. You can enter the service contracts as subscriptions with the subscription module. Fault registration on objects could be done with the helpdesk module if you add a little bit of custom development. The direct hours can be done with timesheets and material registration with a combination of sale orders and MRP.

Judging by your requirements you'll probably need some custom development to get all your requirements out and to have it all linked to eachother though.
