Hi Hazem, I tried start/stop, resume but service briefly runs for less than a second and goes to paused. Nothing is shown in log, actually since I reinstall odoo trying to fix this there is no log file at all.

Open menu bar and search for Services > then search for odoo > in the left panel you will see stop and start options you can stop the service and start it again 

right click on the service name and check the properties if there are option you have selected to force pause the server 

Last thing check the conf file of odoo to see what cause the problem
