I have set up Odoo installations v10-11-12-13 before and never had this problem. Recent i have setup a v14 and cannot get the replys to Odoo outgoing messages to be send to the Odoo user.

Example:

1)outgoing message from Odoo to customer> SMTP relay (Sendgrit, Mailjet..) > recipiant OK

2)Recipiant replys to message> incoming mails in Odoo is visible> OK

3)Odoo tries to send a copy to Odoo user>> fails because the Send From is the customer email adress> NOK 


I suppose there is an obvious workaround because i cant find much on the forums.

Change standard sendfrom to the Odoo domain? Where?

Use another platform then Sendgrit or Mailjet? Which one?

I went by installing the v13 module in v14 and it worked.

Still leaves me with the question, why is this the first time i encounter this?
