How should i send mail to the applicant who have applied to job and have been shorlisted for first interview there is a template that is present in odoo but i dont know how to send it to the mail of the applicant. i have installed recruitment module and online job module of odoo and i am using odoo community version 14

I have already configured the mail but where should i click to send the mail because the template is appearing if i shortlist the person to first interview but the mail has to be sent how should i do that and if it is sent automatically then its not going so what is the solution?
On the interview person record, you have a field with the email contact, if you fill up this and change the step, to the first interview, the email must be sent automatically

You can configurate the mail on the diferent steps of the recruitment process. Odoo have configurated one for default on the first interview step (Applicant: Acknowledgement template I beleave remember).
For the mails can be send, you first are to add the SMPT configuration on Ajustment -> Technical --> Outgoing mail servers
