Hello, 

I would like to extend my crm offering to my clients by proposing Odoo. 

I typically have these two business scenarios:

1- I install the application on the client's infrastructure, with the requested customizations, and I sell it as a one time fee, adding some support periodic fees for assistance, fixes, changes, etc. 

2- I install the application on one of my cloud servers, with the customizations requested by the client, and I sell it with some periodic usage fee. 

Which of these two solutions can I use if the application mentioned above was Odoo with the crm module installed?

I know that I can do both with the community edition, because it's under LGPL, but the licensing terms of the apps like the crm module is a bit confusing regarding the possibility of selling and distributing.
