We purchased different colours of Lego blocks (2000pcs/pack of 1 colour) and selling to customers by giving them a bottle to fill up with their choice of colours and as many as they want for a single price.


Any idea on how to setup the product info/variant to get the correct cost/accounting record and inventory of this kind of sales?

Hello,

For this you need to change the  Sales Variant Selection  to "Order Grid Entry"​, in Attributes & Variants tab.


After that go to sales Quotations, and select the quantity choosen by the customer.


Check and clarify your doubts.
