same time two booking not possible

Question

hello everyone
i make one appointment module
in this module i add doctor_id field and i alredy set master for doctor

i want if any doctor appointment fixed in some time then not create other appointment for this doctor same time
how can i do this ?

this is work only if add exactly same value like if one doctor appointment is book between 10:00 to 11:00
and if add 10:00 to 11:00 then work but if i add 10:05 then its not work

i want not able to book in 10:00 to 11:00 time
