Hello,


When making a sales order for a product with the replnish route MTO and the buy route confirming the SO will make an RFQ with the products. The issue i am facing that i am required that when confirming the SO i need to prevent odoo from adding products to an existing RFQ with the same vendor. basically a new RFQ with every SO being confirmed i am working with V18 i know in V19 there is an option field in the contact form that lets u handle that its lable is Group by RFQ.
is there anyway in odoo18 to handle that without resorting to customizations?

I haven't tested this in v18, but it worked in previous versions, so it's worth trying:

Select the “Buy” rule (note that if you have multiple warehouses each may have its own “Buy” rule)

Change “Propagation of Procurement Group” to Propagate. Now you should find that the MTO method will generate a separate RFQ for each sales order:
