We need to lock the Sales order from future edits, but only once the sale is final (delivery made and Invoice raised. Currently the system locks any sales order upon confirming it. How to change that?

Hi,
You can remove the lock upon confirmation from Sales App -> Configuration -> settings then under
Quotations & Orders section, uncheck " Lock Confirmed Sales".
If you want to lock sale order if (delivery made and invoice raised) you can do that by automated action with python code.
