Can anybody please help us with the following case:

We sell on consignment. 

  1. A reseller will order every week several products in consignment and those products need to be transfered in Odoo to a consignment location (WH/Consignment Stock). Goal is that we can see what products are in stock at the reseller.
  2. At the end of the month the reseller sends us a sales statement with the sold products. We would like to process this as a sales order and products need to be "ordered" from the Consignment location so we can adjust the reseller stock and make an invoice of the sold items.

Hi,

I've looked into that one already. Didn't suite me well after a week of testing.

I only need a route where the stock is moved from the storage location to the consignment location.

Actually only the first part of the route as shown in the video. But when I remove the second part the route is not working any more. I don't know what I am doing worng.

Seems there are 2 steps to your sales. A suggestion here might be to split your process to 2 steps as well.

Step 1 - Weekly requirements received from reseller - create an internal transfer operation from WH/Stock to WH/Consignment location. This isn't really a sale but only material movement to the location

Step 2 - Consolidated monthly sale - treat this as a sale order. Create a delivery route -- Pull from WH/Consignment to Partner/customer, selectable on the sale order line.

There sure might be alternate ways to accomplish, the above suggestion is based on the limited understanding of your current practice
