sales commission

Question

in achievements in odoo sales commission module.
if i set achievements rate to 5%. and achievement type is "product sold"
if the sales order value is 50000 and the commission is 5%  so the value is 2500
if there are 4 sales persons so the commission amount to be distributed equally.
i want 5% to be merged in 4 sales persons . so it will give 625 to each sales person.
how can i achieve that.
if it can be done by adjustments please let me know.

but only 1 sales person is getting 5000 rs. commission.
i want to give this commission to  5 sales person. how can i do that.

Hi,

1- Enable Commissions in Sales Settings:
Navigate to Sales > Configuration > Settings > Commisions

2- Create a Commission Plan as in the image.

Add sales person.

3- Create a sales order.

Make sure the salesperson is added for the sales order.

4- Commission.
You can see that after the confirmation of the sale order commission is added for the corresponding salesperson.
