Is there (it seems not) a "safe mode" that you can load if you've installed a module that causes your system to crash?

I think I've got an add-on (I'm running Ver 11, Community Edition) that all-of-a-sudden has caused my entire site not to load.  And I cannot seem to get Odoo to load in any sort of "safe mode" or disable that module.

This seems like an oversight to me.  Am I missing something?

I've tried looking through the forums here, googling, etc., and I cannot seem to find a concrete way to allow me back in (btw, the errant module seems to be web-responsive)

The "Safe Mode" is called test server. If you need help getting Odoo to work again, please post a new question providing the necessary information, especially the log entries.
