We were looking to run a Python Script whenever a product is edited. We were thinking to hook this to the "Save" button on the product form, but can't seem to access it since it is a 'core' button.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

There are good reference to start learning https://doc.openerp.com/6.0/developer/2_5_Objects_Fields_Methods/methods/ https://www.openerp.com/files/memento/OpenERP_Technical_Memento_latest.pdf
