Hi!

For a certain part of our logistics workflow, we receive a "product" from the customer at one of our stores, which should then be taken to our central warehouse for further processing.

I've successfully created a putaway rule, that puts products of the category in question in a sublocation of our store warehouse. I would now like to create a rule that triggers the creation of a internal transfer for the product to be taken to our central warehouse.

This currently looks like this: "When products arrive in XY/Stock/ZZZ,
Internal Transfers are created to send them in AB/Stock."

However, when products arrive at the sublocation in question, no internal transfer is created. Could someone point me into the right direction as to what i am missing here?

Thanks in advance!

I would check if in the replenishment preferred route is set to auto trigger (Inventory > Operations > Replenishment)

You might also want to consider

1. Merging the 2/3 rules into a single 'route' for the category
a Receive (or receive and push to sub-location)
b Push to in XY/ stock/ zzz
c Push to AB/Stock

2. Use of Interwarehouse transit location for the transfer between warehouses so the transit can be tracked as well

Step 1 - store sub-location (XY/Stock/ZZZ) to Interwarehouse transit location (similar to an 'out'/ delivery type operation) - an operation in Store warehouse

Step 2 - Interwarehouse transit to AB/Stock (similar to an 'In'/ receipt operation) - an operation at the central warehouse
