I have setup a pdf sign template, and chosen that in my contract template. But when I offer new employees the contract for them to review and sign, after they fill in necessary details and click review and sign it leads them to a 404 page with this at the end of the url:
../sign/document/22/false?token=ca7d7d566f0c4542bae42aa3e4880ccc
What could I be doing wrong ?
