I am implementing the Drinking Water Industry in Odoo 13. Our company wants to sell 20 liters of water to retails and distributors. But the problem is how do we keep track of empty bottles in each customer? Because empty bottles are returnable and we keep charges if the customer loses these when we collect these empty bottles back to the factory. Please help!
You can use credit note for the empty bottles you deliver to customer and if they lose something, u need a receivable debit
either u can make as a sales receipt.
In inventory, u can use return the product
