Hello to you all,

I have a problem with returned products. The refund in Oodo is always based on a salesorder, also the apps you can purchase. What I'am looking for is to make a return order based on a customer and not on a sales order. We sell lot's of boxes during the year, we deliver these boxes on Pallets. The customers order 26 pallets of boxes, and we make a sales order for the boxes and the pallets. After severall salesorders they want to return there pallets, the amount of the pallets variates. I would like to refund the pallets at once and not based on a salesorder.

Can anyone help me with this.

Hello Dan,

I have found a app  Return Merchandise Authorization Management By Tecnativa, Odoo Community Association (OCA)

It is a bit more work to make the refund but you are free to refund any product.
