Hi,

During production we occasionally damage components or find some that are unusable. So we have to scrap those and resupply the MO with more to make the right quantity of products.

Currently, when we come across a damaged component, we are scrapping it from the MO and either adding an replacement to an existing open transfer for that MO or duplicating a completed one.

This seems to not always be properly reserved by the MO and leaves a difference between the Available quantity and the Consumed quantity, even though there is enough in Pre-Production for the MO.

I don't see much documentation about resupplying scrapped components after scrapping, but is there a best practice? Is what we are doing the correct way to do it?
