Hi! 

I have a "Department" field in a Partner's contact person. The idea is to restrict viewing of contact persons to the same department of the user, for example a user from "Sales" would only be able to view the contact persons from the "Sales Departments" of the Partners. I read somewhere that this can be done thru record rules but I have no idea how to do it.

Please, can anybody help?
