Hi, usually we sell most of our stuffs as in whole but right now there has been some of the retails going on around. And i want to make it sure that I have the stock for each of the products. For this i created two products with the same name and sell it on different prices on POS. What i want to do is every time I sell it in bundle like a package of 12 the quantity of the other product would be reduce. Say I have 3 cartons consisting of 12 bottles each, which means 36 bottles. So, if i sell 1 carton of 12 bottles there would be a reduction in another product with the same name. Which mean only 24 bottles left for the retails and vice versa.

Hey @Taha,

There is 1 possible way without customizations please follow steps below.

1. Activate unit of measures from: Inventory > Configurations > Settings > Products (section) > Units of Measure
2. Create a new unit of measure
- Named: 6/pack
- Select category which is in the priginal product (selling 1 qty)
- Set type = Bigger then the reference UOM
- Add 6 in the bigger ratio field
- Save new UOM
3. Create a new Product named: {Original product name} - (Pack Of 6)
- Select the new UOM in new product
- Make product available in POS
- Create a Bill of material for the new product
- Select the BOM type as kit
- In the components add orifinal product and set the qualtyty same as the bigger ratio field in UOM (here it is 6)

Now after a session is validated and the entries are posted the total quantity will be deducted from the original product.

Please find the demo for the same in below link:

Hope this helps.
