Hi, we are using the CRM Activities report in Enterprise v15 to monitor activities that staff have completed; however, we also record activities at the Contact level, such as relationship meetings with established resellers where there's no particular opportunity. We don't want to put these in CRM because we would then have to report something as won or lost but that's not relevant, and also it would be a bit of a waste of time to create a lead or opportunity just so we can track a completed activity, but we do want visibility that staff have done these things. Does anyone know of a way of tracking *completed* activities across all apps? Thanks
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

UPDATE: In Odoo 17.0 and above there is an option to KEEP Activities marked as DONE for reporting purposes.
See odoo.com/forum/help-1/246782
Once completed, an Activity becomes a Chatter notification.
There is a Menu (in Developer Mode) that lists all Chatter notifications (and other message types):
You can filter this Menu to find records for completed Activities for any Document (Opportunity, Contact, Invoice, etc):
You can (with Odoo Studio) customize the View available from this Menu, or add a Pivot View, so you can analyze the data quickly.
You can also export (download) this information, or insert it into an Odoo Spreadsheet to combine it with other data.
