Hello!
I have Odoo 12 community version (free version), because i am try repair module. but when i finish a order (for example, the order Nº 203), in which i repair a coffe machine for example, if 2 days later the machine breaks again, i have to create a new oder repair order with other number, (204,205..) but i want to open a incidende about this order (203), where it says it has been repaired again and what parts were replaced. how can i create something similar?


Another matter, when i start a repair, sometimes the client rejects the repair or I forget to put (price, invoice, taxes, pieces...) but since I have already started the repair, I can not modify it, what should I do?

Hi,

It's not possible as of now, what you can do is that instead of looking for putting the same sequence number again for the new order, create a new  record with and add a field to give reference as the old record.


Like if you add a field named previous order, you can specify the previous order when creating a new record for same item and same customer.
