Hi,
I tried to remove a user from the group 'Administration / Settings'. The group 'Website / Editor and Designer' is in its Inherited groups. But when i remove the user from ''Administration / Settings'' it doesn't remove the user from the group "Website / Editor and Designer", he is still a editor and designer.
He added to the Editor and Designer group when i added him to the Settings group. So usually when he get remove from the Settings group he should also need to get remove from Editor and Designer group, right ? But why currently there is no such option ?

Your observation is correct. This is because the user gets physically added to the group and all it's inherited groups when you assign a security group to a user.
If you want to revert the security group assignment, you have to remove the user from the group and all it's inherited groups.
A simpler way to undo the assignment, is to go to the user's record (in developer mode), remove all the privileges from the user, save the record and then re-assign only the security groups you want to assign to the user. This will remove the user from all the groups to which they are currently assigned either directly or indirectly and re-assign the correct security group privileges to them.
