On Odoo 12.0 (Community Edition), once I'm done with a WON lead and want it out of my pipeline, how do I remove it? Shall I simply delete it from the pipeline? But will that affect my stats and report?

Hi Aparfait,
You can either delete the leads/opportunities or you can just fold the 'won' stage by default so that you don't see them in the kanban view. I wouldn't delete them though as they will no longer show up in reports and you're loosing data from the past.
If you can you should just keep them in your system and fold the stage or you can add some custom development (in a module) so that you're able to archive leads/opportunities. When you do this you're able to archive them and still filter or search through them if you'd need to find old data at some point.
