I have a huge database so going to each and every document to edit the subscription of followers is not possible. For new followers I can change from Settings --> Technical --> Email --> Subtypes. But what can I do about the existing ones. How do I change all the followers subscription at once?

You can use the Messages Easy app to send messages in ‘Email Mode’.
In this case, only specified recipients will be notified.
