Can someone please guide me on where to find the configuration for 'Remote Work' enablement in Odoo 19? Earlier, it used to be under the Employees Settings.

The option Remote Work under Settings -> Employees -> Employees was basically just a switch to install Remote Work (technical name hr_homeworking). This installation is now automatically performed, once Employees (technical name hr) gets installed. The configuration still happens on employee level.

If that is automatically installed is there any process to enable that? Because I cannot find that feature in my Demo Database.
Just check whether hr_homeworking is installed, there is nothing else to be enabled at this point. Considering it is installed, what else are you missing?
The bottom of the WORK tab on an Employee has a section named USUAL WORK LOCATION where anything defined in Configuration --> Employee --> Work Locations can be defined for each work day.
