I am new to my company and have been told that I have been given access to the Company Account,  Where do I go to access and confirm that I have accepted and registered?

You probably want to ask this your HR- or IT-department, or whoever actually has invited you.

In general, a newly created user in Odoo, in case an email address was specified, receives an email with an invitation link that lasts for 6 days by default (in case the user was created prior you joining it might just got re-enabled and a password reset mail was sent - in this case you've got 4 hours).

If you did not receive an email, there is nothing the Community forum can do for you as it will have to be investigated in your company's database. Reasons are pretty much endless, such as

  • no email address was specified for the user or the given email address is wrong
  • user hasn't actually been created (maybe just the employee has been created but has not been invited as an user yet)
  • the mail server isn't working
  • your invitation email is in spam
  • ...
