Registration Form Fields

Question

What is the best way to add fields to the registration form?

I am trying to mimic the front page of http://glenn.confusion.nu/main , and i need my users to have a few extra fields that they need to fill in before becoming members of the site. Currently i am looking into writing my own module for this, but is that the best way?

Hi,
yes you need to create your own module,there is no other way to except creation own module,I also write my own custom module for adding fields in regustartion form/signup form odoo.
