Hi guys,

I've created an automated action to welcome new registrations

and it creates the email OK, it just doesn't send it. It sits in an email queue until I click "send".

Any ideas as to how to get it to go automatically?

Not sure if other emails are still being sent correctly?

If not then it's worth checking the Settings > Scheduled Actions > Mail: Email Queue Manager
Normally it's set to every 1 hour but most people set it to something like 5-15mins.
Ensure it's enabled also.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for that.Still no joy.
I've set the execute every 2 minutes in Email Queue Manager and Email Confirmation under Scheduled actions and it doesn't execute.
Any further ideas, greatly appreciated.
