Suggestion regarding the following requirements.
One of our customer maintaining Budgets for each of their departments against their incomes and expenses and planning to have multiple approval levels.
Also, Users from each department would like to initiate the request to consume the budgetted amount for the given period. Upon approval, the requested amount should gett deducted from the budgetted amount and remaining only be avalable for next time request.
Please suggest what are the default odoo apps i have to utilize to meet the above requirements
also, If any third party apps avialable to meet the above requirements, please suggest.

Here is the Budget Scenario.
I have Travel Budget planned for every year at the department level and Also Travel expenses booked by every employee within the department for that specific year
Would like to know how to Book travel expense by employee and how it connects with Travel budget ?
