you just need to make companies structure Company A on the root, company B child of Company A, and Company C child of company B.

firstly go to setting > General Setting > check the Manage multiple companies.
after that go to the setting > users administrator check the Multi Companies.
after that got to setting > company's structure  and then add your companies structure.
