If you see the list view of the CRM Module it looks like a excel sheet. But is there any way to indicate whether a certain opportunity has been opened or not. In excel sheet we use to mark with green color and once which are opened but left to do is marked in red.
Is there any workaround or a way to integrate To Do Module with the CRM Module to automatically sort out READ | UNREAD | READ & IMPORTANT | READ & COMPLETED
