Is there a way for a ticket in a closing stage to change stage in the Kanban view when a customer has replied on the ticket?

I have tested automated actions, it does not react to any changes or updates on the ticket. 

Any advice?

Overide the incoming mail class method, when you receive mail check if reply linked with existing ticket & update the ticket status to open

I have the same problem but have not found any solution - Did you perhaps find any solution in the meantime, since there are no other updates on this thread?
