I'm trying to integrate a Shopify store into Odoo 14 using Emipro's Odoo Connector (which no longer supports this version of Odoo). In a store that was integrated in 2021, there are no issues with importing products, customers, and orders up to today; it's working fine.

 However, when trying to import these elements into new stores, I get the following error in the Common Log Book section. Message :

First name, Last name and Email are not found in customer data.

 and indeed, orders and customers are not imported.

Does anyone have an idea why this error is occurring and how can i fix it?

Could it be due to the lack of updates in the Shopify plan?

Thanks Niya! Do you know why this is or if this is related to outdated Shopify plans? Is there any other reason?


I contacted emipro support, they were very kind but they did not answer my question, because they no longer support this version of Odoo.

Hi,
Few of the shopify API's are deprecated/stopped from 1st of April, not sure if your issue is related to it. As you are using third party app, i will recommend to get in touch with the author of the app in the their support channel and see what they says.
