Hello everyone,

I went with a flow for my sales in Odoo, and I want to ask couple of questions to enhance it.

1st: Is it possible to add a custom policy by the salesperson to cancel the Sales Order after fixed days ? for example we have a new customer want to purchase an item and the salesperson want to choose a policy to pay within 3 days or the SO will be canceled, and in other case a customer we know that he'll pay after couple of days because of bank transfer time or something, so we want to apply another policy with has more than 3 days, so the question is how to do that if its possible to be done on Odoo ?

2nd: Is it possible to set SO to be canceled according to a date chosen by the sales person ? and can it be automatically ? and how to change from automatic to manual ? and is there a possibility to notify customer regarding payment before one day of canceling his SO automatically ?

3rd: I have two customers types, one is Monthly which I will ship his orders asap and charge him at the end of the month, and the other one is Normal, which I will ship his order as soon as he pays, so the question is, is it possible to set a checkbox to differentiate Normal and Monthly customer internally in a quotation and SO? and in that case I want SO for monthly customers to be (To Deliver asap), but for Normal customer I want it to be (To Deliver asa he pays) and be converted to ( To Deliver asap ) when Finance receive the payment( and can that be automatic from Odoo?).

4th: Is it possible to automatically notify the customer about confirmation of his payment with an e-mail or anything else ?

Sorry for the many questions, but I really hope someone can help me with this to improve my business, I'd like to get suggestion as well, since I want to follow best practice methods by Odoo with minor changes to fit my business if needed.

Thanks in advance :)
