V9 Enterprise - How to access full settings menu

Logged in as admin with access rights = settings.

the settings menu has Dashboard | Users | General Settings | Translations

How do I get access to all the other menus that should be there (like menus, views etc)

In Odoo9 we can enable technical settings by activating developer mode from Help Menu (on the right hand side of the screen within the purple bar [Enterprise] or black bar [Community], we can see a ? symbol {on left of user menu})

Click the arrow next to ? symbol ->

From About--> Activate developer mode

it will activate technical settings.
