Hi there, I'm trying to get working time units to work for my case:
- My time unit is weeks or months. That's not easy, specially for the month as they're not all equal, between 28 an 31 calendar days.
- I started a project, and chose the time estimation on tasks in days. I create a task estimated to 20 days work, then in the work summary I add a 16 hours time spent on it. Well the "Progress (%)" bar indicates 80%, clearly mixing days and hours.
Any tips on how to get these to work ??
