Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
I have multiple instances of Odoo installed on a Windows Server 2008 r2 system. In localhost everything works fine. However when I try to connect from another static IP, Odoo Web Menu is hidden, and the browser displays the following error:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
web.assets_common.js:2523 warning: Some modules could not be started
Array0: "web.session"1: "web.WebClient"
I consulted in this forum (Failed to load web.assets_backend.js odoo 9) and it seems to be a problem due to connect through a LAN with static IP. When I use another connection the problem disappears.
Someone would be so kind to tell me if there is any configuration on the firewall or the server that can correct this behavior.
Thanks in advanced
