Any Api is there to write code with Java In odoo.

Your previous 2 questions (link1, link2) where closed as off topic, because you're asking questions that are not in Odoo or Out of Odoo. Odoo is a framework that is entirely built or mostly built on python. There is no way to change all those thousand and thousand lines of code to Java or atleast the core. So i would say if you're asking about building a module in Java for Odoo means, the answer is no.

If you intend to connect your Java application with Odoo, that is a different case. You can connect with Web-service API.
