Odoo offers two editions, the Community Edition, which is open source (LPGL 3 license) and the Enterprise Edition (proprietary license). EE contains apps, which are not available in the CE. If you want to benefit from EE apps and features, you'll have to subscribe to EE, and the EE subscription then contains all subscribed apps. You can not mix between EE and CE.
